Wedding Bells

I'm sure you know by now, but Californians of the gay persuasion will be able to marry on June 17th, not June 16th, as was previously thought.

And for those couple's that have always wanted to live in New York, the Governor has directed all state agencies to recognize any same-sex unions performed outside New York, which, presumably means, California, Massachusetts and Canada.

The religious right is losing this battle which is why they are trying, and succeeding, most of the time, to pass laws banning same-sex unions. They need all the older generation to restrict marriage before they die because they know the younger generation is more open to, dare I say, equality(?) than the older generation. It's as if they want to control us from the GRAVE! (If I knew how, I would attach some sort of ominous music here...)
